1. Acceptance
By hiring Swastik Logistic or using our website and services, you agree to the terms outlined here. If you do not accept these conditions, please refrain from using our services.
2. Definitions
- Client / You / Your: The person or company availing our services.
- We / Us / Our: Refers to Asured Relocation.
- Services: Includes packing, relocation, storage, insurance, and related activities.
3. Scope of Services
We offer a wide range of moving and logistics solutions, including:
- Home & Residential Shifting
- Office & Commercial Relocation
- Vehicle (Car/Bike) Transportation
- Packing & Unpacking Services
- Warehouse & Storage Facilities
- IBA-Approved Transport Solutions
- Optional Goods Insurance Coverage
Any service beyond the agreed scope (e.g., dismantling appliances, arranging special permissions, or handling internal moves) may attract additional charges.
4. Payment Policy
We offer numerous payment options to our clients for making payments to us against their shipment. This includes PayPal, Credit Card, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Certified Check, Company Check, and Traveller's Check.
To ensure prompt delivery of your shipment, payment must be made before the shipment and deliverables are received, unless prior arrangements for credit terms have been approved.

Any type of checks or money orders should be made payable to Swastik Logistic.
Payment by Check, Credit Card, or Wire Transfer
You may also make a deposit directly into our account, pay via credit card, or wire transfer the money. Bank account information can be obtained by calling or emailing us at your convenience. Please contact us for more details.
Note: Credit card payments are subject to a 4.5% processing fee.
Additional Information
- We must receive credit verification from the bank before any orders are processed or delivered.
- If payment does not reach us in time or credit is not approved, Swastik Logistic cannot be held responsible for any additional storage or incidental charges.
- Exceptions in delayed payments may be granted only after authorization from your sales representative.
- Any returned checks or payments are subject to an additional fee.
- If you have an established credit account with Swastik Logistic, your invoices must be cleared on or before the specified due date.
- Late payments will attract applicable fees and an additional interest charge at the rate of 18% per annum.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery details along with inventory information.
- Inform us in advance about fragile, bulky, or valuable items.
- Exclude restricted or hazardous materials from your shipment.
- Follow all packaging guidelines and instructions for smooth handling.
6. Claims & Liability
Any damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence. Keep packaging intact for inspection.
Liability is limited to the declared value or insured amount (whichever is lower). Indirect or consequential losses such as business interruptions are not covered.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials on our website belong to Swastik Logistic and its licensors. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions as required. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bihar, India.
